I believe interview process is broken down into approximately five different stages. The first one is with a recruiter. Second one is with the manager. Third is a test. Did not get past that stage

Interview
Met the line manager.
She was pleasant.
Overall experience was ok.
There wasn't much to shout about.
She went about to provide extensively about the team and how the environment is positive.

Interview
Many many interviews (9 total) with very poor feedback and follow through. Just not a very candidate considerate experience. The Gallup interview was far more invasive than necessary and really is not a good measure of the person.
