I was lucky to meet the Talent Acquisition team at a RAPs event. The 5-minute talk was very smooth and felt right on both sides. The recruiter followed up with an email a few weeks later for a job posting. I applied and got my interview scheduled very soon after. Interviews (4 in total) went very smoothly, and they asked standard questions about my regulatory experience (i.e., submissions, which markets, etc.). A project manager also interviewed me, and we talked about team dynamics and how I would approach project changes. Overall, the interviewers were pleasant, and we had great discussions.
