Hiring process was done very professionally. They first will go to a campus and market the opportunity through various ways. The most prevalent way is they come to the class room and announce there presence on campus and pass around a clip board for you to put your contact information on if you are interested. They will then call you and ask some preliminary questions. If you pass those they will set up an interview with you. After the first one usually you will go to a second for a final interview.

Question 1
They will ask you to sell them a pen. Very hard to do if you have never thought about it.
I was interviewed for a student painting job over the summer, and the experience was a fair one. She asked me relevant questions like why do I want to work on this job and such. I answered more or less clearly, and we had a casual conversations after the interview. It was nothing hard or difficult about the interview.
