Total 5 rounds were there (written, technical interview 1&2, Managerial round, hr round ).
Written consists of 3 aptitude, 8 verbal, 5 logical reasoning questions and 2 programs. Programs are damn hard. Time was very less for programing questions. For testing role u won't need to solve programs. If u are good at remaining sections u will be selected.
Technical 1: interviewer was a bit friendly and asked a few question related to c, java, sql, and a few puzzles.
Technical 2: this time interviewer was not at all friendly . He was damn serious. Asked me few questions regarding technical and some external affairs like "what is the hot topic that was currently running in foreign countries" damn, who knows? I said, I don't know.
Managerial round : this round was a bit funny round. Manager asked me some questions regarding testing, and projects That I have done. While I am Awnsering to his questions he was just saying "perfect" "perfect" "perfect ". Managerial round was went well. he was very satisfied with my Awnser. I Thought that I was got selected.
Hr round : Finally hr round. It was not happened in one of the inteview panel. It was happened in front of reception. He called my name. I went to Him. Then I received a big surprise from him. HR Rubbing his hands AND said "sorry u are not SELECTED U can leave for the day".
"VERY UNEXPECTED AWNSER" I was very upset. And wrote an email to hr to give me a feedback. But no Reply from him.
Hr was really worst.
Finally got info from one of my friend who is currently working there. "Currently There is no requirement for freshers in subex . They are just interviewing people for just advertisement purpose and to promote Their company. That's it!!!"
I did well in all rounds. They don't need employees. They need supermans and spidermans to work for them. People who are considering themselves as a "super heroes" then only go to the interview and remaining please don't waste time.
