Interview
Considering you go to clients' homes and have dogs in your own home the process is thorough. You and your home need to be excellent in order for people to feel safe having their beloved pets in your care.

Interview
This is a multiple step interview process that takes months. First you go back and forth with HR. Then there's a phone call. Then video interview with multiple people. Then in person with multiple people that takes 5 hours and you have to take off of work for. They ask the same questions over and over. I felt like when I asked a question that it wasn't answered in a straight forward way. When in person, you got to work with a dog and have to do what they call is a skill building activity. It's really awkward as someone has to be blind folded and you have to try to replicate the pattern on the floor. It's weird. Then all just to be sent a rejection email.
This was a month long interview process. A complete waste of time. They ask you the same questions every single interview. The last round was 5 hours long. I was led to believe I would get the job and then get an automated rejection email. When I asked for some feedback for the future I was told they couldn’t tell me. Very disrespectful after wasting a month of my time. I was also more than qualified for this position.
