Interview
I had a brief interview with the store manager. An energetic, friendly man, who introduced me to the staff and the processes at Subway. A good work environment, and clean business had me itching to work there. I admired the professionalism and quality of product. Throughout the entire experience, I was given the utmost respect and I would recommend a job here to anyone. A great area, location, and store make this the Subway of my dreams. Unfortunately, I could not accept the job offer on outside reasons.
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
