The interview process consisted of Simple behavior questions with relevant experience to back up the interview questions. This entails thinking about experience when working in a restaurant environment. Also followed up with the manager.

Question 1
Talk about a challenging situation you found yourself in with a customer and how did you resolve it.
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
