HR Round:
The first round is a discussion with the HR team to evaluate your communication skills, career goals, and overall fit for the company culture. This round may also cover your expected salary, notice period, and availability.
Technical Rounds:
After successfully completing the HR round, you’ll go through two technical interviews:
Frontend Technical Round:
This round assesses your knowledge of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and any relevant frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue.js). You may be asked to create a UI layout, debug issues, or build a small interactive component.
Backend Technical Round (Laravel / .NET):
In this round, you’ll be evaluated based on your experience and expertise in either:
Laravel (PHP): Topics include MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, Eloquent ORM, database migrations, middleware, authentication, and optimization techniques.
.NET (C#): Topics include ASP.NET MVC/Core, Entity Framework, Web APIs, LINQ, dependency injection, authentication mechanisms, and system design principles.
You may be asked to solve real-world coding problems, design an API, or explain how you structure and secure backend applications.
