      Developer Interview

      25 Jan 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Norwalk, CT
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Success Systems (Norwalk, CT) in Dec 2017

      Interview

Found it to be really low key - 3 phased interview 1st by phone, last 2 were in person in person. People I spoke to were really honest - seemed to like what they were doing. I was told up front they had to opening and 16 applicants that made it though the 1st round - I did not get selected but the CEO called me personally to tell me that I was not selected and why. Thanked me for my time and really made me feel ok - 1st time I can remember ever getting a personal rejection call. Class act - which was the vibe I got from the employees I spoke with.
