Interview
The interview process is more difficult than it needs to be. Most of the positions for the library (including part time) require you to do an initial interview on the phone, then a 45 min zoom interview with up to five interviewers in which you must show a power point presentation you created, and then you move on to an in person interview. If you manage all that you will potentially get a part time job with SPL and still have no benefits.
