Sullivan Senior Technical Project Manager interview questions

Spoke to several different team members and teams. First call was an introductory call with their hiring manager - I then went on to have 2x remote calls with various team members, before an in person meeting with several different teams/team members. Each were classic interview style, with casual chatting as well as some more directed questions.
