The interview process consists of the following four stages 1- A psychometric assessment, iq test and english exam 2- technical exam consisting of 3 problems 3- technical interview with head of the department and another engineer 4- presentation and final interview

The process was very professional. Every step served exactly what’s needed (HR, technical, etc.). Interviewers were friendly and objective and every step lead to the other unambiguously. All questions made sense according to the position (nothing asked was irrelevant).

They were helpful, however they asked deep technical questions you need to know very well about IBM integration tools such API & ACE and to know what is the function of each node or the most commonly used ones
