Interview
Principal emailed me that she'd like to interview me. She told me to use one app, then we used a different app for the interview. She told me she'd let me know in a few days. A week later, she thanks me for the Thank You letter I sent for the 1st interview. The 2nd interview, she missed it. I waited for nothing. She replied to my email saying she had gotten busy. We rescheduled. For the 2nd interview 20 minutes before, she emails me saying I should email her my resume, which I'm later to the interview to unexpectedly send. I interview with two other people along with the principal. Waay to much focus on my present job, which was limited in scope. They really didn't show any care about my past 5+ years of ESL teaching. I was told I'd be contacted a few days later. I wasn't. I sent a Thank you letter. Then a follow-up letter to ask about the position. I received no reply. A few days after that, I saw the same job posting on a different website.
Overall, I think the principal was given a job she isn't qualified for.
