Sun Holdings interview questions

The interview process took way too long. This was listed as an entry level position but it took nearly SIX WEEKS to hear back. I would’ve accepted had it not taken so long considering I was in dire need of a new job.

The company asked me to interview onsite, but had a last min cancellation 3 hours before, less 24 hours before confirmation. The last-minute cancellation is highly unprofessional and disrespectful for my time and commitment. I made significant arrangements and traveled a long distance for this interview, only to be informed at the last moment (3 hours before the interview) that a decision had already been made regarding another candidate. In fact, I have taken time-off today and was already driving to Dallas when informed the cancellation. In addition, I have never received an official detailed explanation of how they made this terrible decision. This is the worst interview experience I have ever had and I believed no candidates should be treated this way. I hope the team can reflect on this experience and start treating candidates with respect.
