Good interview process, got interview three days after giving in resume. Short but comprehensive interview process and informal. The test given were on paper which I found a bit difficult as not used to editing on paper.

Went in and had a chat with a senior editor, a Human Resources representative and then was asked to finish a standard editing test. Time taken for the test was approximately 30 minutes
