Interview
I applied through naukri and got called for the interview. The first round was a machine test and was a simple java program. The second round was a f2f technical interview where the questions were more about java. This was followed by a manager and a director interview.
Had to decline the offer due to unsuccessful salary negotiations. The hr was so adamant that I will not get the salary that I asked for in any company. May be he was wrong. :)

Machine test question: WAP to get the count of a words from a paragraph. The paragraph can be in a file or can be entered as user input. The words must be printed in sorted order.

Smooth. Very co-operative and forthcoming. Multiple interviews with different people. I guess they wanted an overall assessment of the candidate than just the job skills required for the job profile
