Interview
I met with a member of H.R. and if they felt that I was a potential candidate, they had me interview with the manager or supervisor of the department. After an offer was made, I signed paperwork and was sent for drug screening. I was also scheduled to begin orientation based on the results of the drug screening.

Could I work i a cold environment for 8 hours a day. Could I lift at least 40LBS and would I be able to work overtime as needed.
