They called up to confirm details and to organize an interview time. Was not sure if this was secretly a part of the interview process or not. Sorted the interview time and had some similar questions like what were your past retail experience, what was some difficult retail situations and whether or not you were used to reaching a target sales number.

It was a casual interview, the interviewer was kind and made me feel comfortable. The conversation made me feel like I will get the job, however I wasn’t selected stating less experience than what’s expected and there were 100s of candidates for the same job etc.

mostly questions like tell me about your past work experience, how do you handle difficult clients, why do you want to work in lifestyle and specifically sunglasses. Some personal questions such as what are your hobbies, who else is in your family etc
Very interesting and transparent, super easy to talk to the interviewee and understanding of all external obligations. Keen to know how I am with customers and dealing with other people in general.

The interviewers were really nice and told me a lot about the job. A lot of perks working there! Although I didn't get the job I'll definitely be applying again.
