It was a simple and easy going interview. The manager was quite friendly and made sure you felt comfortable during the process. Though they had a requirement of prior retail experience, which was not mentioned before I went in for the interview. Could have made a decision accordingly to proceed or not.

Straightforward interview process with behavioral questions and an roleplay scenario where they see how you communicate with customers, build rapport, and try to close a sale. Afterwards, it's more behavioral questions and what would you do questions.

Interviewer asked me questions about my experiences and what I would do in certain situations. Someone was shadowing them and they also added on to the interview. I received an offer at the end.

Once I got a call back, they scheduled in an person interview and asked me to sale a pair of sunglasses. They wanted to see how I communicate. It was easy.
