Interview
Met with owner and his wife, submitted a paper resume at the restaurant, was asked my availability and was hired on the spot. A waitress had left a few weeks earlier and had not been replaced. The owners wife had been taking the day shifts and was finding day plus evening hours were too difficult to maintain for an extended period of time.
