5 minute phone screen where they ask about background check, car insurance/valid license, and age verification. Followed by a 15 minute virtual interview where they ask the same questions from the phone screen, one question about your job experience, and a final question where they ask about interesting facts about yourself. The interviewer was 15 minutes late to a 15 minute scheduled virtual interview, the interviewer did not hop onto the call until I called the front desk to inquire about the scheduled interview. He asked the same questions I was asked in the phone screening. I felt it was extremely disrespectful to arrive to a short interview late when that type of behavior would be frowned upon if an interviewee did it. The position works a lot with documentation that is sent to the state which is very important work, I felt that the interview process and questions did not accurately represent how high stakes aspect of ensuring proper documentation. I'm glad that they chose not to have me in the role because I found the process to be disrespectful of my time. I have never had an interviewer arrive late to an interview, that level of unprofessionalism is concerning and if that is how potential prospects are treated, it makes me worried about how current employees are being treated.
