I had mailed my resume to the company and received a phone call from the president of that location for an interview. When I arrived, I met with two people: the president of the company and the head of my department. I received a book on the history of the company. They spoke about their production line and asked about my background. The interview questions were pretty standard. After I accepted the job, there was a background test and a drug test (some time later) done.
