Interview
The interview process was polite and professional. I first had an introductory chat with the recruiter, followed by a detailed interview with the Founder and the Head of Creative. The conversation focused on brand storytelling, digital design craft, and previous work experience with DTC and lifestyle brands. Everyone I spoke with was thoughtful and respectful, and the questions were well-structured. While I didn’t receive an offer, the process gave me a clear sense of the company’s design direction and culture. Overall, a smooth and transparent experience.
