Over the telephone. Very basic questions regarding interaction with customers in the past and what experience I had. To explain a time when I resolved an issue with a difficult customer, to describe an interaction with a customer when I had gone above and beyond. How I thought was the best way to go about resolving an issue through the "system" or just going out on my own and doing it.
