Interview
The interview process will have 5 rounds. The first one is writing about any topic given by the employer for one and half page then they will provide a sheet to test our grammatical skills then they will ask us to type to have average of 35 words per minute. Then they will give you a situation to solve it in a mail format if it is for an amazon customer support process. After that they will ask us to have Sutherland Behaviour Assessment Test.

First done with Technical interview includes programming Typing speed test , then English language test after that

Interview
The interview took only one day. I was hired for Non-Voice(Chat process). The HR asked me to write a passage on "The boon and bane of Social media".I wrote a passage about 200 words. They announced the results within an hour. Then I had a face to face interview with a Senior HR where he tested only my communication and my stability.
Then I waited for nearly 2 hours for the results, Then the HR who conducted the test announced the result and YESS.., I got through the interview.

Interview
The interviewer was cool.It was a campus drive where in the interview had 3 stages
1.JAM section where confidence and control of vocab played a key role for me
2.Telephonic round,where I got a call from US. In this round the only thing that matters is selection of topic.
3.HR round it was just a slight insight on persistence with company.
