It was a short process but overall it was easy, they ask you the basic questions like how is your patience and do you have experience and what do you do in certain escalated situations.

Interview was short and to the point. It was made clear that Sutherlands is looking for self starters who will not goof off at work. It was also mentioned in the interview that there would be drug testing.
