3 Rounds in total, 1st HR round is just getting to know each other and requirements , 2nd In person meeting with the manager, Final round In-person meeting with the team usually just to judge if someone is a right fit or not.

Long, multiple interviews that focused on my experience but not a lot of information about company or company direction. Management only wants you to do a job they tell you to do, no more. Be sure to speak to other employees about culture and work environment before accepting.
