First interview was good. Relaxed.
He shared that there is going to be maximum 2 rounds. Tech + HR.
After it, I receive an invitation for 3 hours round with 6 people ! I was like OKAAAY, maybe thats how Swiss do...
Very exhausting rounds, questions were weird like - 'how old are you', or 'we will be your 4th employer, explain' etc
In second round I even had some guy who was laughing while I was speaking (very immature!)....
In general - chaotic, unprofessional....I lost 4 hrs of my time during working hours, but I would say that is a lesson learned...
Ah yes the best part - rejection was so generic, classic corpo bs

Interview
Really friendly and an informal setting which made the whole thing very comfortable. The first interview with was my direct line managers and after a comprehensive introduction to the company, followed questions based on my CV. It always feels good when you know the interviewers have reviewed your CV and have specific questions. After that it was a very fluid discussion. The second round was in person and I met with the team in a very informal setting over a coffee. The team asked me questions so it felt like they were really interested which felt very positive. After that I got a phone call offering me the position.

Interview
