Interview
The first interview was completed over teams and was for an operations assistant role. It was an introduction to Switchshop and I met the Operations director who was lovely and was extremely welcoming. The second interview took place in the office and was were I met the operations manager and the operations director again but face to face. It was a slightly casual interview, but they went into depth regarding the role and about the company. Overall just very welcoming and informative, quick responses to any questions and updates regarding any next steps.
