The first recruiter I met with told me they do a series of interviews. She said if I pass the first interview, I will have to meet with 2-3 other people in future interviews. They do not gauge your skills in the first interview. It's purely based on vibes. Also it's extremely short. The recruiter will only ask you like 3 super vague questions. So if you are highly qualified but you get nervous, gg. Not the most efficient or effective interview process tbh.
