I had recieved call from the company through Naukri.com
They had called me down to their office for interview, made me and others(who had come for the interview) wait for the interview for more than an hour. Finally when the interview process started, interviewer apologised for the delay and started asking technical questions about angular 4. Interview questions were not that difficuilt. In the end he asked me a puzzle, which I solved after he gave me a hint. I cleared that round, after that they took my managerial round. In that round, interviewer asked me about my past projects and asked me develop Database design of bank System. After that, he too asked me a puzzle. Meanwhile he went out and sent another person to take my interview. He also asked me some general questions and told me to wait for HR round. Apparently, by that time HR had left office, he told me to come down to office the next day for HR interview to which I asked if telephonic interview was possible and he denied.
The next day I got a call from their office to come for HR interview, when I reached there, they made me fill a form with all the personal info and employment history. After filling that form they made me wait again for a long time for 10 mins HR interview. Finally, I asked my Point of contact of the status, she called HR and HR told her to tell me come the next day to which I was furious and said I wont be able to come, then finally it was decided that HR will call me later on. HR called me later in night and asked me about my expected CTC, didn't put any offer from her side on the table. After multiple days, i heard from my POC that According to them I was asking too much and that's why they have put me on hold that too after taking all my required documents and sending me a congratulatory mail of selection.
15-20 days later , I recieved a mail asking me if I was still available for the job opening to which I replied "NO"
The whole process was so unprofessional and inhumane. HR was not even considerate of other person's time and effort and was very casual as if it is their daily thing to make candidates wait. There was no proper and clear communication from their side at any point of time. I have given interviews at many places but never did any company make candidates wait like this and ask them to come again and again that too in a big city like Bangalore.
