It is one the worst interviews i have attended in my career. No one knows the process. Well to be precise they don't even have one. It started 3 months back and then the VP takes 3 weeks vacation, then the hr goes for a vacation and then when everyone is in the office then they say that we are thinking of interviewing few more candidates from the beginning when they reached the final round. Adding to that they would say you are still under consideration and wait for couple of weeks. It's been a month and no response. I would never recommend one to this company at all. Clearly indicated how the company works as a unit looking at the structure.
