Synera interview questions

Process: 1. Screening with HR 2. Whiteboard challenge (90-minute interview with the design lead and a technical lead) 3. Founders interview I was rejected after the whiteboard round, but didn’t get a specific reason. I wish they had explained their decision more clearly. Whiteboard challenge: - Format: 40-minute ideation workshop where I acted as the UX designer, preparing and leading a session for the team. - Task: Design a workshop to generate feature ideas for solving the user onboarding problem. The focus was on ideation, not wireframes or detailed design. - Proposed Structure: — 15 minutes: Solo preparation — 25 minutes: Facilitated workshop with the Design Lead and Tech Lead, who role-played as different stakeholders

I was very happy with the process - everything ran smoothly and pretty fast. I was contacted very soon after sending out my application, literally the next business day, and all interviews have been arranged quickly. During the whole process I was feeling comfortable, the atmosphere was very friendly and appealing, while the discussions were very well structured and of course professional. Probably my best job application process ever!
