Interview
I interviewed with Synergy recently, and whilst the first stage was positive, my final interview with a member of the senior leadership team felt very different. I felt the tone was unnecessarily harsh and somewhat dismissive, and I was left feeling judged rather than evaluated. There was little information shared about the company or role itself, and the focus was mainly on questioning my motivations.
Candidates want to feel engaged and informed in an interview, and unfortunately I didn't leave with a good impression of the company culture.

Why do you want to move from a technical role back into a service desk position?
A telephone interview, followed by a technical test at the company's offices with a face-to-face technical interview on the same day, followed by a face-to-face interview with management.
The technical test is mainly multiple choice and the questions vary in difficulty from simple (i.e. common sense) to very technical and specific.
