I was presented by a third party headhunter directly to my manager, I got interviewed by him, one of his peers and by his boss, the whole process took 2 months

It was more like a chat than an interview itself. They were very focused on my experience and tried to match their needs, no silly questions. They made clear they were interested in my SAP and Excel knowlede on top of financial and accounting experience.
