Chaotic, illogical, not transparent, wasting too much of people’s time. The first two calls that were scheduled didn’t take place, without anyone informing that they were cancelled, so I was wasted lots of time waiting, calling, emailing etc. just to realize that there’ll be no call. Then after more than 10 interviews, and very positive feedback all along, they probably gave the job to someone internal, as no company will waste either theirs, or candidates’ time to that point. Terrible or dishonest management of the entire process
