Interview
3 interviews total. First interview would be with the talent acquisition specialist. That call can take roughly 15 to 30 minutes. Then, your next interview will be with a member of the C. SM team and the third interview would be an in person. Visitors visited their home base office
Quick to get in touch and book a screener interview, however, when I got on the call, I was quickly dismissed, it also felt like the recruiter was sneering at my answer regarding looking for a company with a diverse company culture, and didn't seem to recognise why I thought this was important.
The process was well guided and efficient, recruiter and interviewers kept me aware of all the steps along the way. They were looking to hire someone soon so everything moved very quickly.
