There were two rounds. First was initial recruiter screen. Next was a panel with hiring managers. Both interviews were 30min. Recruiter was not very responsive to emails and forgot to schedule my interview after initially requesting one. I had to follow up multiple times to make sure they actually wanted to interview me

Talked with HR and management and created schedule for visiting the plant. And then waited for the result but didnt get scheduled eventually as they were backlogged for interviews. Then the process ended.
