Simple interview process. One on-campus interview, followed by one on-site interview. They paid for my travel to Houston, including a very nice hotel and car rental. Once I started to work there, the hotel and car rentals that they paid for were not as nice.

I went through three interviews, but the process itself was over the span of a couple of weeks. I felt like they gave a good overall picture of what the experience would be like.
