first of all one of the programmers starts the interview with a lot of questions about you and your previous job. They subject programmers to undue pressure and provide no information on the interview process or its desired format.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at System Group (Iran) (Tehran, Tehran)
Interview
First, I got a call from HR to coordinate a time for a meeting for a technical interview. And after that, in the technical interview, most questions related to deep C# and .Net. And it was not very hard, and after that, I accepted this step.

Some of questions:
- what's the different between boxing and unboxing?
- what's the different between value type and reference type?
- what's the usage of CLR?
First I sent a resume. Within a month I got a call and a meeting was set. It was fine. The interviewer were polite. Some questions were asked about my skills . then a bunch of technical questions were asked.
