The attitude of the interviewer was not good, he was chatting with someone on his phone not paying attention to what I was explaining. The decorum and the discipline of interview was not maintained, thereby insulting a post graduate in Robotics. Later, he had a discussion with the HR for half an hour. The HR rejected my candidature giving a lame reason that I do not have required minimum technical and presentation skills. In a nut-shell, "worst interview I ever faced"

First the candidates are shortlisted based on the resume, then a skype interview was conducted. It was a 30 minute interview consisting of technical questions and resume drill. Questions were based on kinematics and dynamics, basics of control systems , etc
