Interview
I first received an offer, then I had a technical interview over the phone and I did a development case for the customer they had in mind for me. It was actually more difficult then Sytac's standard development case, but still easy enough.
The process was however quite erratic since they changed their offer along the way without giving much explanation.

Question 1
General questions about Java development, concurrency, Spring and the projects I was working on.
There was also a development case which required mostly basic Spring knowledge.
For a frontend developer the development case it is usually revolving around angular.

Interview
I had a first call with HR and they sent me an email about they have decided to pursue other candidates. They did not do any test or other steps. It was strange and a waste of time.
