Sytac Senior Java Developer interview questions

I first received an offer, then I had a technical interview over the phone and I did a development case for the customer they had in mind for me. It was actually more difficult then Sytac's standard development case, but still easy enough. The process was however quite erratic since they changed their offer along the way without giving much explanation.
