Syzygy Plasmonics interview questions

First interview was through video, it went well until it didn't. It was closed with my appearance that I need to be more energetic and smile more. I felt as all my experience didn't matter. Then I was given an in-person I went because I needed the job but I also felt like it was to entertain me for the uncalled for remark which made the interview awkward. I was immediately informed I didn't get it. It was one of the worst interview experience I've had.
