T Brown Group interview questions

worked at TBG for under a year in the contact centre and the repairs department. The opportunity for Talent Acquisition Administrator was advertised in the internal vacancy list which is sent out each week. I updated my CV and applied, i was was then shortlisted and had two interviews, one with the TAC anPR and Marketing the other with the HR Director.

The interview was in two stages. Firstly, a quite informal meeting with the Bid Writer and secondly, a more detailed interview with the Bid writer and his manager. I focused on my work ethic and academic background, and how these skills could be applied to the job.
