I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at T.K. Maxx (Castlebar) in Jun 2022
Interview
The interviewer was very friendly and patient and happy to explain further if I wasn't sure how to answer the question. The questions we're very extensive and did not ask too much about job experience and my availabilities but more about how I'd be capable for doing the job and why i chose to apply for TKMaxx. It lasted about 30 minutes but the interviewer did take a deal of time explaining what TKMaxx does and how it's operated when i asked at the end of the interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked how I've dealt with different situations such as working in a team, teaching someone a concept, dealing with a conflict etc.
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.
Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified
