Whole interview process took almost 2 months (applied mid-May, got an interview offer late Jun, interview scheduled for early Jul 2022). Took around 30 mins and were mainly situational competency questions e.g “tell me about a time when you had to work as part of a team” and “tell me about a time when you’ve had to deal with a difficult situation”. They also asked me about why I wanted to work at TK Maxx and what I knew about the company (mainly just about their off-price incentive). Got hired on the spot and asked me for availability, ect.

Question 1
Why do you want to work at Tk Maxx? Have you ever worked as part of a team?
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.
Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified
I applied online. I interviewed at T.K. Maxx (Southend-on-Sea, England)
Interview
The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
