My interviewer basically showed me around the trading floor before the interview. He didn't ask me many questions, just one or two based on my resume. The interview was mostly him talking about his experience before and after joining this company as well as how this prop trading thing works.

Practically nonexistent interview. I was not asked any technical questions. It more consisted of the job description and to proceed if I am interested. Not a process but if you are interested in prop trading this is simple.

Interview
Very easy relaxed interview. It was just an introductory phone call that outlined the company and the structure and role that I was applying for. I asked some questions that would explain more about the role in detail. and they said It was a team environment. the team has a meeting at 9am and 4:15 everyday to go over trade ideas for the day.
