Interview process included 3 rounds and assessment. Assessment was tough and live. Each interview was for 1 hour and 3 panels. They grilled on whatever was written in resume and double checked if it is honest or not.

Technical Round, Managerial Round and HR Round. Most interviewers are not very experienced. Process is a little slow. Hiring is dependent on available projects. Intent to learn is expected. Pay negotiation will be hard.
