The first interview was an on campus interview that lasted 30 minutes. I got a call the following week inviting me to a Super Day, which consisted of four more 30 minutes interviews. I received an offer about an hour after I left the Super Day.

Question 1
If a business was applying for a loan, what would you do to decide if TD should approve it?
Easy. Know current ratio, debt ratios, 5 cs of credit etc. Its mostly about fit. Commercial banking is easy. Know things like personal guarantees, commercial guarantees, ebitda etc. Operating margin too
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TD (New Brunswick, NJ) in May 2017
Interview
2 parts. First part, very informal easy questions. Second part, meeting with executives and discuss about growth opportunities and why or why not you would be a good fit. They asked some projects that I worked on in College to see if you can apply some skills specifically from accounting course
